We have now been installing Chevrolet’s LS V8 engines since 2009, our first install being a rebuilt LS1, we now now only fit brand new crate engines, LS3 LSA and the new LT range with horse power outputs from 430 up to 700.
We have developed many bespoke installation parts including engine and gearbox mounts which fit to the original chassis pick up points, tubular stainless steel exhaust manifolds, billet alloy remote oil filter take off, and billet alloy brackets to carry alternator and power steering pump. In addition we now install a larger 57mm core radiator, alloy header tank and expansion tank to give the engine the correct coolant capacity and the correct flow of coolant through the radiator and heater system. Plus a new induction system featuring an alloy filter box and 100mm intake tube and a calculated size air filter to give a much improved free flowing system to maintain the correct amount of air going into the engine.
We have experience of fitting a variety of gearboxes, the TKO600 5 speed, the TR6060 as used in many of the latest GM production cars and the ultimate T56 Magnum 700. We have also developed a range of gearbox mounts and prop shafts for the various gearboxes.
We are constantly improving and updating our conversion and developing it alongside our new Evolution chassis. Current projects cars include an LS3 430, an LS3 480 an LSA Supercharged 6.2 625hp and an LT4 650hp powered car
