We service and maintain our local TVR customer base ranging from the TVR S series, Griffith, Chimaera and Cerbera, to Tuscan, T350, Tamora and Sagaris. We offer full servicing to the TVR factory service schedule for all engine derivatives including the Rover V8 and TVR‘s own Speed 6 and AJP8 engines. We use genuine TVR parts and factory specification filters and lubricants.
For diagnostics, we have software for the Rover V8 and use TVR’s own software for Speed 6 and AJP8 cars so we can offer fault diagnosis, fault code/service interval resets and tuning. This software allows us to quickly diagnose any poor running or emissions problems at the touch of a few buttons. We can find the fault and cure it quickly, saving you time and money. We also have GM software for use on our LS engine conversions.
We offer full engine rebuilds for all engines RV8, Speed6, AJP, plus gearbox and differential rebuilds. We remove/refit the units and send them to a group of independent ex-TVR factory engineers in Blackpool. Our engine builder there is an ex-factory race engine builder and when we deliver Speed 6 or AJP engines, it’s not unusal to find his initials stamped on them from the original build. Our gearbox/differential man is another ultra-experienced ex-TVR factory engineer who actually ran the motorsport side.
This approach is very cost effective. We use genuine TVR parts and use the original engineers who maintain low overheads by simply operating small engineering workshops without having to accommodate complete cars. This keeps rebuild prices affordable and work quality high. It also comes with the provenance of having the original factory guys work on your car. All rebuilds are backed by our own 20k mile warranty.
